As a landlord I like the 1950s ranch. The home was built to last! They are simple, easy to care for and not expensive. One of the features I think is beautiful are the hardwood floors. Tenants can be kind of hard on them. The alternative is luxury vinyl plank which I have resisted in some of my homes. I think hardware is beautiful. Further, in the right neighborhoods there are some tenants that really like them as well and are willing to pay for a nice looking finish. To keep them looking great I usually have to have them refinished every 7 to 10 years.
CD Contracting has done a couple of our floors now and we really appreciate the work they do and helping us in a timely way so we can get the home back on the market. Well done guys!
